The plot hasn’t yet been fully developed, Ned stark’s debauchery did give birth to him, but we still don’t exactly know how. This is a plot worth exploring, Don’t you think?

Seriously, JUST STOP THE SUSPENSE! The actor who plays Arya Stark said that he is definitely dead but said nothing about him coming back from the dead. What is it?
