Training programme for small-scale entrepreneurs

The MSME Ministry’s Technology Development Centre is organising a training course on project management. The one-week programme will be held between August 22nd and August 29th.
The main aim of the project management is to achieve all the project goals and objectives while keeping in mind the challenges and constraints that the entrepreneurs face while achieving these goals. The usual hurdles in project management are scope, time and budget.

The secondary challenge is to increase the allocation and integrate the inputs which are necessary to meet the already defined objectives.

The course content of the training will cover topics like project management basic reviews, project management framework, integration management, quality management, procurement management, communications management, stakeholder management and professional management.

The programme will enable the participants to better evaluate the talent and skills of others.
The participants will also have the opportunity to evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses in the process of earning the certification, and have a broader understanding of the skills and toolsets that can be effective.

The participants will also be issued certificates apart from development units at the end of their training programme.
The weeklong programme will be held between August 22nd and August 29th in Gurgaon. The programme will be in the line of project management professional.
