Dehydration – If you are a person who works out and then rushes to work, then there are chances that you can get dehydrated. Dehydration is one the biggest enemy of a working professional. If you are unable to replace the loss of water from your body, then you will have mood swings and low levels of energy. You should at least drink one glass of water ever half an hour.

Stress factor – Cortisol is a hormone which helps battling stress. It is produced in the highest amounts in the morning, and as the day goes by the levels of cortisol decrease. It helps in maintaining healthy daily rhythm. Chronic stress is its biggest enemy. Trying to do multiple things sometimes causes chronic stress. Just try and relax before you start your work.

Too much exercise – They say that exercising is good for health, but they also say too much of everything is bad. Same is the case with exercising. You sweat too much which leads in dehydration. Pushing your body to the limit simply puts it under immense stress. You need to find the right balance between activity and rest.

Drinking too much coffee – If you are having a cup of coffee in the morning or before a workout, then it is a good thing. But if you are consuming it later during the day, it will have a negative impact. You will have difficulty in sleeping in the night as the caffeine level in your blood is still high. This leads to sleepless nights and in turn you feel tired the next day.
