Coffee, the beverage for those who like to be on the move, it is also a student’s best friend. It is a life saver for many since it helps to keep one awake, when it comes to working the late night shifts. It is also a great way to take your anti-oxidants. There are many reasons why you should have at least a cup of coffee every day, here we list a few.

Antioxidants: Recent studies have suggested that coffee is the best way to take in your antioxidants. Studies have revealed that although fruits and vegetables are full of anti-oxidants, the body tends to absorb more from coffee.

 Stress buster: Drinking coffee is a great way to bust your stress, especially when you are sleep deprived. Even smelling a coffee can make a huge difference when it comes to dealing with stress.

Fights Parkinson:  Medical sciences have proven that consuming coffee can lower the chances of Parkinson.  Coffee tends to significantly reduce the movement system of Parkinson.

Good for liver: A cup of coffee each day helps you ward off liver problems, which are caused by consumption of excessive of alcohol. Liver cirrhosis is caused by consuming large quantities of alcohol. Studies have shown that people who drink coffee regularly, have 22% less chance of dying of liver cirrhosis than those who consume alcohol in large quantities but do not drink coffee.

Happy: It is a known fact that people who drink coffee are 10% happier than those who do not consume coffee. The reason why coffee makes a person less depressed is because it contains anti-oxidants, which are known as trusty anti-oxidants.

Good for athletes: For many years coffee has been a favourite among the athletes, especially those who do endurance sports. The reason being, that caffeine increases the fatty acids in the bloodstream, which are then broken down, burned and absorbed by the muscles. This saves the reserves of carbohydrates, which can be used later.
